Refund & Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped
out within the next
48 hours. You will be
alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay will occur
immediately. Your orders will be sent via regular ground mail and it will take
5-10 business days (Excluding Holidays) to be received.
International Order:
On international orders, your package will likely be subjected to import charges.
Teddy Knots is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined
by your local customs office. Teddy Knots cannot determine the cost of these charges
in advance. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your
local customs office.
Return Policy:
We at Teddy Knots want you to have a comfortable time shopping with us online so
if you for any reason believe the merchandise you received was not right for you
we will gladly accept it back.
All returns are accepted within
30 days from the shipped date. Merchandise
must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact and it must include
the original invoice in order to receive a refund or exchange. There is a $6 restocking
charge for returns. All returns past
30 days
will not be accepted and will become a
FINAL SALE.
Exchange Policy:
All exchanges must be made within 30 days from the shipped date. Include a copy
of the invoice and explain briefly why you are returning the merchandise to us.
Upon receiving the item, we will gladly exchange your merchandise. For reasons other
than incorrect or damaged items, the customer is responsible for a $6 shipping and
restocking charge. Shipping charge on returns or exchanges is unrefundable.
